    I WOULD LIKE TO AVOID BANKRUPTCY, BUT I AM UNDER HARDSHIP OWING GE FINANCE $26ooo,CANT AFFORD REPAYMENT, AND THEY KEEP HASSLING ME…..ALTHOUGH, I WORKED A PLAN WITH THEM, I STILL CAN;T AFFORD TO PAY THEM.
    I WANT TO DECLARE MYSELF BANKRUPT, WHAT ARE THE CONSEQUENCES?
